Yes, you are have a trial initial assessment online and see if it works well for you and suits your needs.

We tailor the approach to each client’s needs.  Generally speaking, there are two main approaches to therapy: The first is Cognitive-Behavioural, which involves very structured and targeted interventions to change specific things like thought patterns or problematic behaviours.  The second is integrative. We may use a combination of therapeutic approaches to help with your concerns and needs.  We use the initial assessment to determine what approach and style would work best for you.

Generally most individuals see a therapist for 5-10 sessions. However, if you require or need further sessions we are happy to provide this for you.

The patient-therapist relationship is key to change and helping an individual.  If you feel you are not happy with your therapist and want a new therapist, we are happy to find someone in our clinic who can see you. If you still do not feel content we are happy to move you to a therapist of your choice outside our practice and do a hand over.

All sessions are 50-60 minutes in length.
